there should be a contact customer # or a contact us icon in the web page from yahoo.com??at the bottom of the page too!!

Do you mean from a specific group or from a number of them? Were you once getting them and it stopped?
Many possibilities.
Assuming you've checked your membership settings and verified that the group is set to your correct email address...
Your spam filter may be catching them.
Your ISP may be bouncing them. See answer below for help with this.
Reply:This is not a yahoo issue, this is a group setting issue, I would sign into the group and edit your membership set your message frequency{individual, daily digest etc}
If this does not help contact the moderater or owner of your group.
